About Charlotte

Hi there, I'm Charlotte, and I'm a Creative Director with a strong focus on UX/UI. I craft experiences that demonstrate empathy, make people smile, and exhibit meaningful yet seamless interactions. 

How do I do this? For starters, my early background in Graphic Design has provided the tools to make things beautiful. Graphic design is, at its core, problem-solving. And being a tenacious problem solver, it was only natural for me to also want to make those beautiful things easily useable. 

But how do I know that my work (and the work that I lead) creates the intended experiences? That key question led me to UX/UI. As Creative Director, I primarily help to strategize business goals, lead complex projects, mentor a team of creatives and help to build out the capabilities of the studio, especially in regards to User Experience, Design Thinking, and Service Design. 

Lately, I've also found a niche in helping to enhance productivity and scale studio processes. My new focus is on finding efficiencies that make us more dynamic without sacrificing quality or employee engagement. In essence, I apply all the methodologies that I've learned in UX and turn them inward, towards studio management. 

When I'm not doing design, I like to collect hobbies. I live in Philly with my husband, son, and a lazy dog.
